How to find foreclosures?

How to find foreclosures?

Good afternoon,

I am relatively new to real estate, so please excuse me if this seems like an obvious question. How do I go about finding foreclosures using dean's foreclosure list? And once I find the foreclosures, what are some techniques I could use to establish a relationship b/w the realtor or lenders?

Where to find Deans forclosure list.

Hi,
I just got Deans book today and I am on here for the very first time and want to find a pre-forclosure or forclosure. Where do I find Deans forclosure list? I might add that I am not good with searching websites like this either.
Anything helps, Thank you.

You can find it

You can find it www.thinkalittledifferent.com click on foreclosures alert and it will guide through. And welcome to the site.

Thank You

Thx Lilie for providing that link. I bought BARM almost 6 months ago and just recently started reading it. I'm an student and always heard that Real Estate was the way to go as far as making some good income. Once I found this website in the book, I was hooked. There's an abundance of useful info here, I 10 year old could make a Real Estate deal come true.

Thank You all who asked that question and thank you again Lilie for providing that link.

God Bless!

How find foreclosures?

Thanks for the information about the link.
I've already started compiling a list of
websites to refer to when I need them.

Dean's Software

We just finished day II of our first 3 day seminar. One thing is obviously clear, they have a great software package. Does anyone know where I can acquire the PRO STREAM software without going to another class? Its my belief that my missing link is indeed this software.

Thanks so much,

rent

how do you find out how much rent to charge.

Hi Sheldon I hope you are

seeing success in you REI endeavor. In reference to you ??? re: finding foreclosures, the most effective for me is agents/brokers. I use agents familiar with the different areas around Bham, AL. Once they know you are serious they will flood you with REO links...cause they get half the commish from the bank. Remember, you dont have to be experienced to be taken seriously, but you do have to spend the time learning the basics and the lingo. Work on your power team, your buyers list and keep talking to agents until you find one that fits your needs. They are worth it. Best of luck Sheldon, and keep us informed.

Locating Pre foreclosures

How would I locate pre forclosures. Is there a web site that lists when a home ownere is past due on their mortgage? I would like to contact homeowners that are just a few months behind on their mortgage payments.

thank you,

Also, this is my first day on this site.

Nick

trouble finding deals

Thanks Lilie and Pete for the web addresses. I am a new investor as of Nov. 2012, and I am having trouble finding deals- so far I have contacted 2 FSBO's who were mortgaged up over the property value. I am going to check out these sites. I do not talk to my new Insider Elite coach until April the 11th. Always trying, building my new career! Thanks again, until I can talk again- Take care and Good investing to All. -Tom

finding deals but no investors

Hey guys thanks for the site info www.thinkalittledifferent.com I will forever be grateful for that. I have a problem with actually finding people serious and have money to invest when I find great or potential cash flows or properties that could be fixed and flipped, what do I do?
