Assigning REOs and Texas lease options have what in common?

I have heard it said and seen it posted on numerous occassions that assigning REOs can't be done. The reason is because banks will not accept and/or assigns.
I have heard and seen it posted that Texas lease options can not be done. The reason is that lease options are illegal in Texas.

So assigning REOs and Texas lease options do have something in common. It has been said that neither can be done.

Well do a search on this site for land trust and you will see that assigning REOs can be done, and has been done many times.

So far I have not figured out how or found an answer to how to do Texas lease options. I keep hearing the word CAN"T! I refuse to accept that it can't be done. I am asking HOW can it be done. I know there is a way and probably more than one way.

There is so much experience, thought power, and love in the DG family I know WE can figure out how. Help those of us in Texas, and other DG family members that may eventually want to invest in TX.
