Awesome day #2!

Spoke with two agents about finding me properties in Greenville, MI. One was very interested in working with me. Also, both agents are looking into the cash buyers list for me on the MLS. Great day!

Sounds like its going good. I tried to get some agents to send me a list of cash purchases to me, but they just ignored the question.

Using RE Agent and MLS

I'm doing the 30 day RBBP and one of the homework assignments is to find a RE agent that knows Investments and is active in investing and to get some listings through MLS. I'm a little confused because the seminar I went to the trainer stated not to use MLS. How does it work with using an Investment agent and MLS ie. property being listed by an agent and what the costs are associated with the selling agent and my agent. Can someone give me some clarification on how this works?
